Introduction to Aromatherapy Workshop
This workshop introduces participants to aromatherapy, its benefits, and safety when using essential oils. Participants walk away with a blended essential oil and other resources to support ongoing use of this therapeutic application. The workshop is highly customizable to the audience whether they are social workers, students, teachers, seniors, nurses, etc. The workshop is designed to run 90 minutes, but again this can be adjusted according to the needs of the group.
$250 - this price covers the cost of materials (essential oil bottles, carrier oils and essential oils) and is set for a group of 20 participants. Variable pricing for larger groups.

Medicinal Plant Walks
Have you ever wondered what medicinal plants are growing in your back yard or even at your place of employment? Let me help you identify what is growing around you, share the plants' medicinal benefits, and even teach you how to work with the plants to make your own medicine (tea, tincture, syrups).
