I am the heart and soul behind this mission which offers you, a growth-oriented person, the opportunity to travel inward, remember who YOU are at your core, and step into a more authentic relationship with your life - a rooted life. As a professional hand analyst, a spiritual life coach, energy practitioner and herbalist, I provide clients with a constellation of ways to navigate the journey from the head to the heart.
This journey from the head to the heart is about living honestly in your thinking, your words, and your actions. This journey is about getting in touch with and listen to the whisperings of your heart. I consider the space I hold for you to be a sanctuary - a place of safe harbor while you explore the wonder of your Self.
Perhaps you don't feel seen as though you walk through the world with a cloak of invisibility.
Perhaps you feel misunderstood and judged by the world around you.
Perhaps you stand in harsh judgement of others.
Perhaps you are juggling it all, but not feeling a sense of fulfillment.

Perhaps you have only found peace and comfort in food or some other addictive behaviors.
Perhaps you work, work, work, and find yourself feeling depleted with little left for family, friends, or yourself.
Perhaps you say "Yes" when you mean "No" and then find yourself feeling deep resentment.
Perhaps you find yourself plastering on a smile, when the truth is that your heart hurts.
Perhaps you fly into a fit of rage over the smallest of human errors - yours and others' errors.
There are a million reasons why you might have landed here on my page. "Something is not quite right" is the message from your body. A heaviness, a sense of un-ease. This is your higher Self communicating with you. It's time to listen and to honor that voice. It is time to factor yourself into the equation. It is time to do the work.
You will have the opportunity to learn more about your challenges and gifts through the hand analysis experience which is a magnificent mirror to reflect back to you the truth of your current state of being and strategies to realign. Often what is learned through a hand analysis reading prompts a need to continue on a path of personal growth through the spiritual coaching process through which I act as a guide for others to know who they are and how to find more meaning in their life. I offer what I refer to as nature coaching in which we walk together in nature, talk, and let the deep well of wisdom that is the natural world around us reveal to us the learning that is being called in. Depending on client needs and wants, I offer nutritive supports with reiki energy work, organic herbal remedies, and/or aromatherapy allies, that all assist the evolution of the body, mind, spirit.
I consider the work I do with my clients to be sacred and see myself as a guide in your journey, serving always as the loving reminder that the power to grow and heal exists in you already.
