Herbal and aromatherapy consultations are currently available for clients seeking a truly customized care experience. It is always important to remember that I am not a doctor and cannot diagnose any conditions. Herbal remedies can be a wonderful support for chronic conditions that allopathic medicine has been unable to address. Ultimately, I want you to feel empowered in taking care of your own health which could mean a combination of allopathic/western medicine and herbal support. The decision is yours to make.
Currently, I am taking clients through two locations - Truth Organic Spa in Grafton, MA, and at my home office and apothecary in Upton, MA.

INITIAL FULL HERBAL CONSULT - 75-90 minutes - $180
*full intake documentation (emailed to clients upon initial booking) required to be on file with me 48 hours prior to the appointment time in order for the appointment to be confirmed.
FOLLOW-UP HERBAL CONSULT - 45 minutes - $95

INDIVIDUALLY CREATED AROMATHERAPY BLENDS
Custom aromatherapy consults are available through my home office only.
Would you like an essential oil blend custom created for your needs? Perhaps you have trouble sleeping. Perhaps you burn yourself every time you cook and need an ointment to treat the burn and prevent scarring. Perhaps you have a challenging vocation and you need some support. Whatever the situation is, a personally designed aromatherapy blend may be a wonderful addition to your self-care toolkit.
We meet virtually or talk by phone to determine what it is that you need, and for me to better understand your state of being presently, your health, and your preferences. Then I get to work. This is something I absolutely love to do and am so grateful to share this passion with you.
If you wish, I also offer the opportunity for you to pair your blend with an energetic safe space. What does this mean? When you receive your blend in the mail, you don not open it immediately, but instead reach out to me to schedule a safe space guided imagery session. I walk you through a meditation (over phone or Zoom) and when prompted in the meditation, you open the blend for the first time and smell it. The brain will connect your safe space and the aroma instantly. From then on, anytime you use the blend you will find yourself easily able to access a feeling of safety and comfort.
